If there was any justice for the taxpayer, some of the County Officials involved in this Boondoggle would be facing criminal charges. But the voters have forgotten, the names and faces have changed, and a new group of Racine County and City of Racine Officials are selling “Root Works“, along with County Ownership and Operation of ReefPoint Marina as the next get-rich quick scheme; and IT IS a get-rich quick scheme, for friends, cronies, and the politically connected, but NOT for the taxpayer. It is just another political wealth-transfer scheme and public rip-off."
