There needs to be better checks and balances to protect both sides. The current system no longer works for either side.
Being a policeman is an extremely hard and most often underappreciated job. They put their lives on the line every time they put that badge on. The ones who do it well are saints to put up with the abuse and yet still believe in mankind and serving the public.
