"The Racine Police Department along with Child Protective Services is actively searching for Amanda Ibarra Gasca and Ivan Ruiz aka Vante Rojas. Both parties are wanted for questing in an endangered child investigation case. The mother should be traveling with three children ages 10, 8, and almost 2 years old, along with her boyfriend Ivan Ruiz. They should be operating a tan or gold 2004 Ford Explorer with Illinois temporary plates.
"Officers have attempted to locate the children and indications are that the adults could possibly be avoiding contact with law enforcement.
"Wisconsin Clearinghouse for Missing, Endangered, and Exploited Children has issued an alert for the mother and children.
"Racine Police Investigators are interested in any additional information that anyone may have about the location of these subjects, or their children. Any witnesses, or citizens with information, are urged to call the Racine Police Department Investigations Unit at 262-635-7756."
