Lunar Eclipse From Vegas
I have a three day weekend so decided to take off to Vegas. Well, there was also an unusual lunar eclipse this morning...unusual in that totality only lasted five minutes. The eclipse took place as the Moon as setting...think you would have missed totality from Racine but would have seen some partial phases.

Thanks everyone! Vegas is a bright city, but lunar eclipses punch through even that level of light. I am sure I could have taken great pics in Tucson as well with the Moon and some stars around it in the dark skies, but sometimes when traveling you just have to find something interesting to get in the shot and I am pretty happy with what I found this time. I can confidently say I am the only person in the world to get these shots since no one else was out there at the time!
