Happy fishing contest weekend.

You never hear the hoopla building up to Salmon-a-Rama any more, it's a lot smaller then it was. thanks to the city for screwing that up also.

sleeping in plans have been thwarted. the coughing fits hit early and I'm wide awake. I may get a nap later tho, as 5 hours is not nearly the amount of sleep I had hoped for. Never fear, with every coughing fit, comes a bit more air that I wasn't getting before :)

I can remember coming home every year during the Salmon A Rama which also fell around the same time as my mothers birthday. Always ran into old friends down there. It was a great time. Too bad they have screwed it up.

Off to run a bunch of errands today in the first week in two months that there is no rain in the forecast. Let the heat begin.

Orbs, I hope today was better for you. I've been productive and resting at the same time. Sitting still going thru a bazillion papers/pictures/stuff to file/stuff to trash or shred, much done. Now, on to sleep!
