Today Drew starts his vacation and that means birding for a full week. I hope everyone has been enjoying the nice weather we are having. Sorry this is being posted later than usual. Here are your questions.
1) When you leave the house to go out and you are on the road do you have to turn around because you have forgotten something?
2) After you have gone grocery shopping and you have put all the groceries away to you have a hard time figuring out what to make for dinner?
3) Have you ever found out something really bad about a family member and you really have a hard time believing that about them?
4) Do you ever feel so overwhelmed that you don't know which way you are going?
I hope everyone enjoys there weekend!

1. Oh dear God yes.
2. Every Thursday I struggle with it.
3. No, I believed all of it.
4. Yes.
Thanks THB. Drew - Have a wonderful vacation, said the jealous Irregular.
1) Yes that happened yesterday.
2) Every time my foodstamps go on. I see to much food in the stores and I just don't feel like cooking.
3) Yes
4) Yes and happens a lot.
1. It would have to be something pretty big to get me to turn around. Just this morning, I worried I forgot to shut the garage door. I didn't return home, and the door WAS shut. Some things you just do automatically.
2. I'm usually too tired to cook after shopping, bagging, loading the car, unloading the car, hauling, and then putting away.
3. Not yet.
4. Yes. You just have to step back and reassess your options. You aren''t going to be the most effective until you have a good plan and focus.
1) How timely. Just last week I was driving to the bank when I realized I hadn't put my teeth in. How embarrassing. U-turn it was.
2) I always have a hard time figuring out what to make for any meal. If I could afford it, I'd live on Taco Bell tacos (add tomatoes, please) and coffee. Seriously, who ever heard of a taco without tomatoes, outside of Taco Bell?
3) I agree with Okie, "No, I believed all of it." Hell, I lived all of it.
4) All of the time. That's when I go "running for the shelter of a mother's little helper." I take 6 psych meds a day. One is an antidepressant, and the other 5 are for anxiety. None of them work.
Thank you for the questions, THB. I hope you have a good weekend and week off with Drew.
1. Forget stuff, yes, turn around, not so much. Like kk, shutting the garage door is so automatic, I often don't remember doing it and have turned around a couple times to be sure
2. With it just being me, I don't bother cooking much. I'm an odd duck who can be super happy having a peanut butter English muffin and a beefsteak tomato with mozza and salt and pepper. Simple and really good! and like Orbs, I love Taco Bell and yes, tomatos on their tacos are a must! Trick - order a side of tomatos for every 2 tacos, it's cheaper than paying for them to add it to each and you don't get ripped off. They like just adding a few when you pay the amount in a side cup.
3. sadly yes.
4. some days more than others. It's especially hard when I slip into a dark mood, then I just want to crawl into bed and not come out.
Have a great week birding with the Bird Man!
