"Racine residents and community members grow outraged and are beginning to ask for resignations of both, Mayor John Dickert and Police and Fire Commission member Pastor Mark Freeman, for repeated racist comments and disturbing imagery posted by Freeman online, and endorsed by Mayor John Dickert as being Freeman’s First Amendment right!

"Residents and community members are also asking why no other elected officials, police officers or the City Administrator are voicing concern or speaking with anyone from the community on this troubling issue.
