Dear Madame Zoltar
Hello, my french-fried family! How are you? One more day of this heat and then it's supposed to cool off tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it. The National Weather Service is like tossing dice. You never know what might crop up. We got some rain but we sure could use more. A light, all day rain. Instead, when we get rain, it pours like crazy for a little while and then disappears. As I write this, my windows are open. It's sure nice compared to the grind of the air conditioner. I'm afraid of next month's electric bill. This month's jumped by $23 and I wasn't using the air conditioning much at all. I've had it on for a lot of this month. Maybe I'll go to debtor's prison.
Now that the presidential campaigns are in full swing, I look forward to not reading or listening to any of the pablum that the candidates spout. It's more than three months until the election. I can't imagine how much BS Trump and Clinton and companies will spew. It'd be funny, but our future is at stake. I don't see much hope with either candidate. I'm voting OrbsCorbs, Of Course. I doubt he'll win, but just maybe, if enough of us do it, he'll be elected. I understand that he's chosen Charlie, his cat, for the Vice Presidential position. Orbs and Charlie, the wave of the future. "Vote for me and I'll set you free!"
Both I and Señor Zanza have been trying to get Junior to meditate more to see how much psychic ability, if any, he's inherited. Actually, Señor Zanza has been doing the majority of the work. However, it's very difficult to get a teenager to sit still long enough to get anywhere. The only time he does really try, he just falls asleep. Señor Zanza says he's sure that Junior has something, but he doesn't know what. I think Junior keeps beating him at poker and that's what. Time is really the only thing that will tell how much psychic ability Junior has. I hope he doesn't turn out to be a cad like his father.
Now here's a young man who is motivated:
I don't necessarily want Junior to be a garbage man; I just want him to be something.
Thank you all for reading my blog today. I love company and I love readers. And I love you, too.
How much do I love readers? Ask madamezoltar@jtirregulars.com
Enjoy the cooler temperatures and lowering humidity over the next few days. This is what summer is all about. Sit back and relax.

“ANYBODY BUT NIESKES”
Friday, July 22, 2016
“ANYBODY BUT NIESKES”
Nieskes has spent years mastering the art of
manipulation.
control
or influence (a person or situation) cleverly, unfairly, or unscrupulously
As a prosecutor in Racine County, Nieskes negotiated,
bartered and plea bargained with some of the lowest of low life’s and some of the best cons in the
criminal realm.
Nieskes further interacted with pimps, whores,
fraudsters, false prophets and other persons of ill repute.
As the years went by, Nieskes studied, tweaked and assimilated many of these low life skills into his own personal and
professional life.
Nieskes especially honed his dark skills in the arts of deception and spin to a
point that he is able to manipulate his associates, employees, friends, Judges
and the general public.
Nieskes became so proficient at these arts that
he can no longer differentiate between truth or his realm,
Nieskes's mind is truly
Nieskes's mind is truly
demented
Suffering
from dementia, or driven to behave irrationally due to anger or distress.
As a narcissist, Nieskes hides
and denies his past egregious acts and seemingly whines to his associates that
he is a victim of a stalker, but the reality is Nieskes is the viral participant of what he negotiated.
Nieskes is so proficient at the art of deception that he is able to manipulate others to defend his name and do his dirty
deeds for him.
Nieskes is
also an opportunist,
or perhaps even a predator. A predator the likes of former Calumet
County District
Attorney Kenny Kratz. Yes the same Ken Kratz of National District
Attorney Wall of Shame fame who used and abused his position of power
that preyed and manipulated on the weak minded, the innocent,
the trusting, the naive and of course the
stupid.
Lacking intelligence or common sense.

"Racist Racine"
From Racine Community Media:
"Racine residents and community members grow outraged and are beginning to ask for resignations of both, Mayor John Dickert and Police and Fire Commission member Pastor Mark Freeman, for repeated racist comments and disturbing imagery posted by Freeman online, and endorsed by Mayor John Dickert as being Freeman’s First Amendment right!
"Residents and community members are also asking why no other elected officials, police officers or the City Administrator are voicing concern or speaking with anyone from the community on this troubling issue.

Four for Fridays!
I hope everyone is staying out of the heat and humidity this week and staying someplace that is nice and cool. If you do know of someone that does not have AC please check in on them. I know this week has gone by quickly so here are your questions.
1) Are you staying someplace that is nice and cool out of the heat and humidity this week?
2) Do you have more cd's or vinyl albums in your music collection?
3) Do you have more dvd's or vhs tapes in you movie collection?
4) Do you have any plans for the weekend?
I hope everyone has a great day!

"410 Main Unveiled As Makers’ Space"
From Racine County Eye:
By Denise Lockwood in Breaking · July 21, 2016 · No comments
By Denise Lockwood in Breaking · July 21, 2016 · No comments
"The building at 410 Main St. has a purpose again after sitting vacant for 12 years before Tad Ballantyne, president of PW Partners Inc., bought the building in December for $165,000.
"Several
media-related companies already occupy the second and third floor. But
the excitement around the first floor space — called The Offices at 410 Main
— created a buzz at the ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday night. In a
few weeks the finishing touches will be made on the first floor. The
intention behind the collaborative space: to pull in media-related
businesses that will have access to investors and give downtown Racine a
shot in the arm.
"'We
see this as an opportunity to collaborate, we call it the Racine 100,'
Ballantyne said. 'We’re going to build space here and it will include a
coffee shop… We’ve gone around to several businessmen and we asked them
if they would be willing to come in on your lunch hour to do a Q&A
session, so that they could ask questions about their business model,
whatever it is — a product or an idea — and nobody turned me down.'
"Those
business owners also said they would be open to financially backing
some of those businesses. There will also be a pit where business owners
would have to defend their idea or their concept to those within the
membership.
"Racine Mayor John Dickert said that having a makers space will help bring innovation into the city.
"'When
people ask me what’s happening in the city of Racine I say: The 21st
century and it is right in front of you,' he said. 'We have people who
grew up in Racine that have come back to help build this company.'
"Dickert
said large developers asked him about whether Racine had a makers’
space, which will allow people to create businesses out of their ideas.
"'It
is time for us to turn the corner on the negativity in this town and
start talking about all of the amazing things that are happening right
here and all over downtown Racine,' Dickert said.
"One of those people that moved to Racine is Ben Kasica, owner of Skies Fall Media Group. The company has called 410 Main St. home for four months. Kasica, the former guitarist for the band Skillet, said Skies Fall was a continuation of his music career. The company produces video, film and documentaries.
"'We
love it here… we love being downtown and being part of something in the
city,' he said. 'I’m an entrepreneur so I like starting things, getting
them going and then moving on. There’s so much potential in this city
and I feel called to help pull that potential out and make something of
it.'

"From One Freedom Fighter to Another – Happy B-Day While Working For The Same Goal But by Different Means"
From News The JT Can't Use:
by Paul Revere

"From Fort RUSS:
"Heroes of Donbass: Happy Birthday, Givi!
"This is no Hollywood war movie – but it could have been, given the Ukrainian conflict is permeated with US dollars. These scenes are very real and they are what brought fame (or is it notoriety, in this context?) for commanders 'Motorola' and 'Givi', as they are known, who appear in the first clip.
"Givi is commander of the 'Somali' militia in Donetsk, and to whom Western mainstream media like to refer to as a 'pro-Russian separatist'. Givi is a Donetsk national of Georgian roots, who has (in better days) served in the Ukrainian armed forces.
"Since the start of the Ukrainian conflict, he has been defending the Donbass region from the Ukrainian army, the far-Right Ukro-fascists, paid mercenaries, and their Washington-based founders.
"Meanwhile, Murdoch media paints a picture to the contrary – does this look like a 'Russian invasion' to you? Which side is defending and which side is attacking? Since 2015, Givi has been on the European Council’s list of 'sanctioned people.' I’m sure Givi would wipe his ass with it if he had a copy.

Dear Madame Zoltar
The library and Racine's many local supermarkets are good places to cool off. I learned so much just by browsing the aisles of the Walmart Ford Mart. I took my time. I killed an hour in there, then another one at the nearby Piggly-Wiggly. When I returned home, I left the blinds down. I went to my studio and started writing this. We have air conditioning, but use it as little as possible. We're trying to save some money for awhile. Like the next 20 years.
I believe that you can never save enough. Junior is the opposite and Señor Zanza is somewhere in-between. I think maybe my upbringing makes me cautious when I buy food. Junior is just like his old man. And Señor Zanza weaves in and out between us, playing his favorite music.
One way or another, I'd like to make a film about us. Nothing big and glamorous, but straightforward with a good budget. I know of the local assumption of Time Warner Cable by Charter Communications, under the name Spectrum. We've received nothing official yet, but I know others who have received notices, so it's only a matter of time. Would they like a drama about an outcast who has some very violent tendencies? I'll have to see. You never know what is going to hit with the cable companies and broadcast companies.
How about a psychic who does a local blog and lives with her son and Señor Zanza? I could write for hours about this each day, probably more than anyone else wants.
Well, thank you for stopping by today to ogle my writings. I love all of my readers, Irregulars or not. You bring me peace and harmony.
How hot is it? Ask madamezoltar@jtirregulars.com
Make sure that you stay hydrated. Wear a hat and long sleeves outdoors. Better yet, stay indoors as much as possible. Don't overwork in the heat. If you can postpone it, don't work in the garden at all.

"Judge Ptacek’s Eulogy"
From Racine County Corruption:
"Many residents, defendants, attorneys and reporters will view the passing of Judge Ptacek’s gavel as uneventful.
"To many others that have seen and witnessed Ptacek's failures as a judge, this day of retirement will be met with a day of hope.
"Gerald Ptacek’s demeanor in court has been quite extraordinary: Ptacek is a quiet, soft spoken judge who listens intently and often asks questions, leading a plaintiff, defendant or other court participant to believe that Ptacek really does care about justice.
"This left the defendant(s) appearing for scheduled trial with witnesses without knowledge or notice of the trial being adjourned while the state notified their witnesses the previous night not to appear.
"Judge Ptacek’s Eulogy"
"In January of 2017, the unethical and unapologetic corrupt judge will be retiring.
"Many residents, defendants, attorneys and reporters will view the passing of Judge Ptacek’s gavel as uneventful.
"To many others that have seen and witnessed Ptacek's failures as a judge, this day of retirement will be met with a day of hope.
"Hope that the replacement judge named by Governor Scott Walker will not become a repeat fiasco as the 2011 Michael Nieskes bad joke onto our community.
"Gerald Ptacek’s demeanor in court has been quite extraordinary: Ptacek is a quiet, soft spoken judge who listens intently and often asks questions, leading a plaintiff, defendant or other court participant to believe that Ptacek really does care about justice.
"But Ptacek's chiffon demeanor hides a very dark and ugly side. Ptacek carries into court a magician's repertoire full
of conspiracy, complicity and collusion, acting subvertly to deny
justice without revealing his own court agenda or dirty bag of tricks.
"Like a magician, Ptacek has also mastered
the art of smoke and mirrors, using his unbridled power at the bench to
create the illusion of justice. Ptacek's delusional/illusional justice
show had been aided by other government agencies, including during the
reign of Michael Nieskes's helm at the Racine County District Attorney's
office.
"During Michael Nieskes's reign of power, Michael Nieskes's office was well known to unethically hold
exparte meetings with judge Ptacek without notice to other court
participants. Both judge Ptacek and Michael Nieskes's office engaged in
highly unethical acts to conspire to deny defendant(s) trial, and
presto/chango - puuf, the scheduled trial for the next day was gone,
along with wcca public records.
"This left the defendant(s) appearing for scheduled trial with witnesses without knowledge or notice of the trial being adjourned while the state notified their witnesses the previous night not to appear.
"In Racine County Circuit Court case #
11-FO-57, Ptacek and Nieskes's office conspired together and engaged in
exparte meetings to adjourn trial the day before trial on three separate
occasions. Ptacek and Nieskes's office were complicit to subvert
justice the day before trials in an attempt to wear the defendant(s)
out.
"And just as magicians protect their illusions,
so does Judge Ptacek, including the abuse of court records and online
WCCA posts to create the illusion to the public that all is well in the
Racine County Circuit Court system.
"Magicians don't like an audience that understands or reveals the illusions of their show.. Same for judges,
they to don't like court participants or defendants that understand the
judges corrupt ways, or worse yet reveals their dirty underhanded,
chiffon clothed covered dead rabbit in a derby hat trick.
"Ptacek has lots of dirty underwear hiding
under his judge's robe. Ptacek has a long history as an unethical and
dirty judge, so it makes you question how often he changed his underwear
while acting as judge.
Ptacek's dirty laundry will never wash clean when court participants maintain accurate records of the court events.
It's all part of the official court record that
Gerald Ptacek
is an
Gerald Ptacek
is an
UNETHICAL JUDGE !"
"Good
riddance judge
Gerald Ptacek"

"A cat turns on the faucet — then the Florida Humane Society faced disaster"
By Michelle Kaufman

June 28, 2016 5:21 PM
"Curiosity may not have killed the cat in this case, but it certainly
did cause a whole lot of damage to the Florida Humane Society in Pompano
Beach.
"A frisky feline known to play in sinks apparently turned on a water faucet at the nonprofit’s shelter, left it running full blast for 17 hours, and flooded the place. Humane Society president Carol Ebert got a call at 7:15 a.m. last Thursday, informing her that water was running out the back door of the facility on North Powerline Road.
"Staff members initially assumed a water pipe had burst.
"But when they got inside to survey the situation, they discovered the mess was caused by a water faucet in a cat room that had inexplicably been turned on. Although none of the cats has confessed, there is a 6-month-old suspect. The Humane Society is not naming the cat.
"'We can’t be sure which cat did it, because we don’t have cameras in there, but we have a good idea because there was one younger female cat who really liked playing in sinks,' said volunteer Terry Arbour.
"'There was a tall spout in that sink that moves around, and the cat somehow was able to turn it on. It’s possible there was collusion from others, but she probably had something to do with it.'
"The suspect has been adopted since the flood, and Arbour said they warned the new owners that 'this cat is intelligent enough to turn on water faucets.'
"The flood left three to four inches of standing water, which damaged floors, cabinets and walls. Eight rooms were affected. The Humane Society also lost a large amount of cat food and cat litter. The damage was estimated to be about $5,000.
"Some cats have had to be relocated while the repairs are done.
"There were about 30 cats in the facility at the time, but none was injured. They were all safe and dry on countertops and high sleeping perches. The kitten cages are also kept up high.
"Arbour said the facility is seeking donations, and foster homes for the felines. Go to http://floridahumanesociety.org/ or call 954-974-6152.
"'It’s quite a mess,’' Arbour said. 'And we can’t imagine what our next water bill is going to look like.'"

When I first got Charlie, he preferred to drink from the bathroom faucet than from a bowl. When he was thirsty, he'd rattle a plastic cup in there and I'd come and turn on the cold water, very slow. There still was a bowl of water by his food dish. I changed it daily.
One day I noticed that the water bowl was knocked over. I cleaned up the mess and put back out food and water. The next day the same thing: the water dish knocked over. On the third day, I caught him starting to knock it over. From then on, to this day, his water bowl is in the bathtub.
He no longer prefers to drink from faucets.

Anonymous Threats
It's been brought to my attention that one of the bloggers that I regularly link to has been receiving anonymous threats to his personal safety on his sites. He warned me in case I wanted to stop linking to his blogs. Fuck that. The threats mean he's publishing the truth. Nothing scares the shit out of corrupt politiicians more than the truth. Many would rather die than face it. Let's accomodate them.

"This monster snapper hangs around the dock
on occasion, I've handled him quite a bit in the last 15-20 years so he
is used to my presence. I decided to mount a GoPro to a stick and got up close & personal with this old turtle. I tried getting him to snap at the camera but no luck...this time."

It's neck-stomping good weather out there.
From Racine County Eye:
By Denise Lockwood in Breaking, Police and fire · July 15, 2016 · No comments
"A woman is accused of child abuse after she struck a child in the face and stomped on another’s neck after they were fighting with her daughter.
"Sherrita Johnson, 35, of Mount Pleasant, was charged with two counts of physical abuse of a child, contributing to the delinquency of a child, and two counts of felony bail jumping.
"If convicted on all charges, Johnson faces up to 37 years nine months in prison and/or fined up to $70,000.
"According the criminal complaint, officers with the Racine Police Department were called to a home in the 2700 block of 21st St for a report of an 11-year-old girl being struck in the face and a 12-year-old girl’s neck being stomped on at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday. During the investigation, officers learned that Johnson physically fought the girls after they had a disagreement with her daughter at 3 a.m.
"Johnson told the police that once she learned about the three girls fighting, she brought her two children over to the 11-year-old girl’s home. Johnson told police there was a verbal altercation, but she denied hitting the girl or stomping on the other girl’s neck.
"Johnson, who is out on bail, has a pending burglary charge in Dane County.
"A preliminary hearing has been set for 9 .m. Wednesday in front of Racine County Court Commissioner Alice Rudebusch."

Four for Fridays!
Good morning everyone I hope you all made it through the hot and humid days this past week. The next couple of days are suppose to be really nice out there. I know around by us you could hear the air conditioners keep going this week. Here are the questions for this week.
1) Have you had an argument with a sibling and after that the only time you talked was for family gatherings?
2) Do you think that people are spending way to much money on weddings these days?
3) When you or a neighbor move away do you ever stay in contact with them?
4) Do you think the prices for county fairs are over priced?
I hope everyone has a great day!

"While race narrows, negative views of Clinton and Trump remain entrenched"
From JSOnline:
By Craig Gilbert of the Journal Sentinel
"Amid a tumultuous summer for the country and the campaign, the negative views of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton in Wisconsin appear almost fixed in stone, impervious to events.
"That’s one take-away from a statewide poll released Wednesday by the Marquette University Law School.
"Clinton’s lead over Trump among likely voters in the state narrowed from 9 points in June to 4 in the new poll, taken last Thursday through Sunday.
"She leads Trump 45% to 41% among likely voters polled and 43% to 37% among registered voters, a slightly broader measure of the potential electorate.
"That suggests a tightening that is consistent with a number of other state and national surveys released this week.
"But what is striking is how little fluctuation there is in perceptions of the two presumptive nominees, despite a series of dramatic developments since Marquette’s last survey June 9-12. Among them: the Orlando massacre and its aftermath; the FBI’s findings that Clinton was 'reckless' in using a private email system as secretary of state; the Dallas police shootings and the searing debate over racial violence; and the latest in an ongoing spate of controversies over Trump’s campaign rhetoric.
"Yet views of Clinton and Trump are almost identical to what they were a month ago, which isn’t encouraging for either one."
