"A 16-year-old boy on the hood of a
vehicle was killed Tuesday when the driver took off before applying the
brakes, throwing the teen from the vehicle, according to Milwaukee
police.
"The boy died at a hospital
after being thrown from the vehicle shortly before 10:30 a.m. in the
3300 block of N. 12th St., according to police, who were seeking
the 21-year-old male driver.
"No further details on the incident were available Tuesday afternoon."
