Besides making sure that after abandoning  resigning the City of Racine Mayoral position he has held since 2009 that the torch would be passed to  local Representative  Cory Mason  so John could take a job with the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Cities initiative  to silence any opposition to the heavy metals water pollution and excessive usage of Lake Michigan water which would be incurred by the proposed  massively taxpayer subsidized Foxconn Mega-Manufacturing facility on Mount Pleasant WI.
