Loser: Racine-Kenosha
While
cities and towns in the Milwaukee and Chicago suburbs are housing
thousands of delegates in their hotels, Racine and Kenosha were shut out
completely. Also overlooked were Sheboygan and Madison, one of the
state's two liberal hubs.
