Sue Burlington for Restitution

Dear City of Racine Alderpersons,

It has come to my attention that a Resident of Burlington, WI. came
into the City of Racine and caused, Menace, Mischief, Mayhem, and
Injury. See:

This Menace, Mischief, Mayhem, and Injury comes at great cost to both
Residents, Taxpayers, and First Responders, of City of Racine.

I am now suggesting - and asking that City of Racine sue City of
Burlington to recoup the costs, (plus damages and awards) which City
of Racine Residents will bear to address an alleged criminal from the
irresponsible and potentially criminal City of Burlington. To include
arrest, prosecution, incarceration, rehabilitation, and release.

I further ask that if the alleged perp be found guilty - that the perp
be *BANNED* for life from entering City of Racine - which does not
need the criminal element from the Suburbs invading City of Racine.
