The City of Racine, i.e City Hall, moved in an action, UNDER THE COLOR OF LAW to close down Park 6. In doing so, one of the chief Actors, Chief Kurt Whalen submitted a complaint, but would not swear to it. Chief Kurt Whalen knew the law, and didn’t want to commit perjury – the City Attorney approved the action anyway, and it the action commenced – despite having a fatal flaw. The gamble was that Thomas Holmes would not see that flaw, and allow the action to proceed. That action was challenged in a court of law, and overturned. NOW we have a situation, where, a number of City of Racine officials CONSPIRED to deprive Thomas Holmes of his property and rights.
Pattern or Practice peels the veneer off that shoddy pretense and provides a stark view of what institutionalized racism looks like.

This constituted a fundamental error that deprived the licensing committee of jurisdiction over the matter. Therefore, the subsequent revocation of the liquor license was invalid. We affirm the circuit court’s order vacating the licensing committee’s decision to revoke the liquor license.”
How many laws did the White dominated Racine Common Council and Licensing Committee violate to steal the property and Business of an African – American? After the Racists who operate City of Racine lost in Circuit Court, those Racists used taxpayer money to fund an Appeal! Where the Racists lost once again!
Perhaps the Racists on the Racine Common Council are denouncing Racism because of Political Correctness? What reparations were ever made to Thomas Holmes.
The Common Council is a body of hypocrites, dishonest liars , closet Racists, and Cory Mason’s Toadies. Court records – and numerous cases in Federal Court prove this fact, again and again. Taxpayer funded payout after payout to cover up the abuses of Police who are under the control of a Board appointed by the Mayor and the Common Council.
Denouncing racism – while practicing racism – and yet no reparations – it’s a part of REAL, RACIST, RACINE. When will you renounce violence?
