Two shot outside Coasters bar Friday night, incident under investigation
The call was reported at 11:49 p.m. Friday.
The injuries were reported as non-life-threatening for one and serious for the other. One was taken to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa.
Racine Police were unable to say Saturday morning if anyone was in custody in the incident, which remained under investigation.
While yet another “disturbance” led to a potential murder on Douglas Avenue in City of Ratcine.

Police: Report of ‘disturbance’ before police called for Douglas Avenue death
RACINE — Police Wednesday were continuing to investigate the death reported at a Douglas Avenue residence Tuesday night.
“It was determined the deceased male was involved in a disturbance involving another male prior to police being called,” Racine Police said in a release Wednesday morning.
The investigation was ongoing and no one was in custody as of Wednesday morning, police said.
Police were called to the residence at 3533 Douglas Avenue at 9:05 p.m. Tuesday. When officers arrived, they located the deceased man inside the residence. The Police Department’s Major Crime Unit was called to the scene.
Racine Police investigators are interested in any additional information that anyone may have about this crime. Any witnesses, or citizens with information, are urged to call the Racine Police Department Investigations Unit at 262-635-7756.

Person hit in Save A Lot parking lot in serious condition
RACINE – A person who was hit in the parking lot Friday afternoon at Save A Lot on State Street was left with serious injuries, according to Racine Police.
The call came in at 4:50 p.m. for a pedestrian hit at 1500 State Street, in the grocery store parking lot.
