Sorry, but I have no sympathy for any car dealer. They are crooks, they are trained to be crooks, and they always will be crooks. They simply can't resist tacking on bogus fees and outrageous charges. They believe that they have a "right" to rip you off. I worked in auto repair for 10 years in Chicago. I know car salesmen. They snicker behind our backs.
